Hybrid Data Camera

Hybrid data camera is a new visual hardware product launched by Mega Phase this year, pioneering the integration of multiple imaging algorithms, and producing rich and high quality 2D and 2.5D images through hybrid output.

Hybrid data camera breaks through the bottleneck of traditional defect detection systems in the imaging end, and has excellent performance and high integration. The hardware deployment is more convenient, providing AI with more quantity, higher information density, and more effective data. It is suitable for the vast majority of difficult defects and defect detection needs, and can be widely used in industries such as 3C, lithium batteries, semiconductors, automotive manufacturing, PCB/PCBA, glass, photovoltaic, food processing, precision manufacturing, etc. Nine models of hybrid data cameras have been launched, covering three resolutions of 8.1 million, 16.2 million, and 20 million pixels. At present, there are sufficient prototypes.
